Sarah came to us looking for a cabin to make her dream of sharing their slice of paradise in Canterbury with others.

Surrounded by rolling farmland, Mt Somers, Mt Peel and Surry Hills paint a 360° masterpiece on the horizon, framing the perfect backdrop for our Rata cabin.

Being farmers our use of TerraLana NZ Wool insulation, and other environmentally conscious construction methods, materials, and low power consumption really resonated with them - especially important going off grid with Solar!

A bespoke stonebasin, brass tapware, birch ply ceilings, bright walls & herringbone tiles make this cabin modern and vibrant, while the finishing décor with natural tones create an inviting & cozy space.
