LMA feature wall: These are reclaimed and sustainably sourced hardwood timbers from Australia.
Australia has 6,000,000 timber power poles in service. With the average life for a power pole of 30 years, there are 200,000 poles available for recycling each year. One power pole is approx. 150LM or almost enough to cover our Rata entry gable area.
These dense and closed cell timbers require less maintenance and have a expected 40 year life.
Our preferred choice is Spotted Gum for it's beautiful texture, detail and colouring.
