Mark began his journey with Árbol back in 2022 - he came to us with an idea to build on his beautiful piece of land only 15 minutes drive from Cromwell at the foothills of the Pisa range with stunning views across world renowned vineyards out to Lake Dunstan. 

We partnered him, with our experienced team of consent planners, geo techs, and surveyors. It wasn't a straight forward site or consent, and between a few of life's unexpected it took a little time to get everything into place, but with a click of the fingers it was early 2024 and delivery day had arrived, with a stunning Rata on it's way home!
