A Beech in central

Dale & Grant, two of the loveliest people you will ever meet, wanted to make the most of their section in Alexandra - raw rugged beauty, exposed to the harsh Central Otago winters and the relentless heat of summer. A high performance, low-energy use, and environmentally conscious build was a requirement for them.
Our Beech model was the perfect base to start - with a living room extension and en-suite the updated plan was made.

" Had such a wonderful first night in the house last night. We're totally stoked. Such a beautiful dwelling. Thanks for such an amazing product, you guys should be very proud! " - Grant Norbury - Sept 2023
" We continue to love our house. So warm, cozy, and just lovely to live in. " - Grant Norbury - Sept 2024 (year one follow up)
" The most noticeable thing about our Arbol house is the warmth. The sun only has to be out for an hour or so and the house remains warm until bedtime. The place feels centrally heated when you walk in from the cold, and that's without any internal heating. The opposite occurs in summer. On a hot day, the house is usually cooler inside than outside. Steady internal temperature is a real feature of our home. " Grant Norbury - October 2025 (year two follow up)
