Queenstown locals Benje and Maddy came to us through a referral from existing client.
They were looking for a small format holiday home to get started on their land in Glenorchy, with the ability to add to it in the future as the family and needs grow.
The Kanuka 2-bedroom was a perfect base to build from. The site design was carefully considered by our team to maximise a future garage, apartment, and potential extension to the Kanuka with a dedicated master bedroom / ensuite.
