Queenstown locals Benje and Maddy came to us through a referral from an existing client.
They were looking for a small format holiday home to get started on their land in Glenorchy, with the ability to add to it in the future as the family and their needs grow.
The Kanuka 2-bedroom was a perfect base to build from. The site design was carefully considered by our team to maximise a future garage, apartment, and potential extension to the Kanuka with a dedicated master bedroom / ensuite.
